Sponsorship

As part of its Corporate Responsibility Programme, Belfast Harbour supports cause-related marketing projects through sponsorship. Whilst Belfast Harbour will review all sponsorship requests on merit and suitability, the concentration of our support will always favour cause-related projects which reflect the dimensions of our Corporate Resposnibility Strategy - Arts, Environment, Community and Education.

Examples of Projects Supported

• Bookfest - an Initiative aimed at instilling an appreciation of composition and reading within Primary School Children from North Belfast
• SHIP's - [the Shared History Interpretative Project] Centenary Programme - highlighting the contribution of Belfast's Dockers to the Port of Belfast's Growth and development throughout the centuries
• Mela 2009 - Northern Ireland's only diversity Festival
• Castleward Opera/Opera Fringe's Festival - Programme Launch
