| Frank Cushnahan CBE (Chairman) |
|
| |
|
Frank Cushnahan was appointed Chairman
of the Board in 1998 having been a Board member since 1991. He
is a banker by profession and is self-employed as a Financial and
Management Consultant undertaking major financial and restructuring
projects for both Government and the private sector. He is Chairman
of the Remuneration Committee, the Commercial Projects Committee
and Belfast Harbour Pension Fund.
In addition to his extensive business interests, he is actively
engaged in promoting and developing hi-tech industry in Northern
Ireland and is a Director of Northern Ireland Science Park (Holdings)
Ltd. a company established to develop a new science park in Belfast.
Frank was awarded a C.B.E. in the 2001 New Year’s Honours
for his services to the Northern Ireland economy.

| Councillor Alan Crowe |
|
| |
|
Councillor Alan Crowe is an elected member
of Belfast City Council and was appointed to the Board in August
2002. He was appointed High Sheriff of Belfast in 2001 and is a
member of several Belfast City Council committees.
Among his outside interests, he is a director of the Association
of Port Health Authorities (UK) and is a school governor.
Alan is a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit
Committee. |

| Councillor Ian Crozier |
|
| |
|
Councillor Ian Crozier is an elected member
of Belfast City Council and was appointed to the Board in August
2002. He is a member of several Belfast City Council committees
and is heavily involved in economic regeneration in North Belfast
through his Chairmanship of North Belfast Partnership.
Ian is a member of the Safety and Environmental
Committee. |

| Mark Finlay |
|
| |
|
Mark Finlay was appointed to the Board
in January 2002. He is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and is
a Director of the Scarborough Development plc and Managing Director
of Scarborough Developments Ireland with responsibility for operations
in Ireland and Scotland.
He is also a member of the Economic Policy Committee of the Institute
of Directors in Northern Ireland.
Mark is a member of the Safety and Environmental Committee and
the Commercial Projects Committee. |

| Michael McAree |
|
| |
|
Michael McAree was appointed to the Board
in January 2002. He is Trading Director of W&R Barnett Limited,
a major importer of grain and animal feeds and holds directorships
in several associated companies. He is also Secretary of the Belfast
Harbour Users Group.
Michael is a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committee
and the Safety and Environmental Committee. |

|
| |
|
Councillor Fra McCann is an elected member
of Belfast City Council and was appointed to the Board in September
2001. He is a member of several Belfast City Council committees
and is a school governor.

| Councillor Pat McCarthy |
|
| |
|
Councillor Pat McCarthy is an elected member
of Belfast City Council and was appointed to the Board in September
2002. In addition to membership of several Belfast City Council
committees, Councillor McCarthy is a member of South Belfast Partnership
Board and the Belfast Education and Library Board, and is a school
governor.
Pat is a member of the Corporate Governance and

| Joe McCusker |
|
| |
|
Joe McCusker is a full time official of
the Amalgamated Transport and General Workers Union and was appointed
to the Board in January 2002. He is also a member of the Translink
Community Partnership Board.
Joe is a member of the Safety and Environmental Committee and
a member of the Board of Belfast Harbour Pension Fund Limited. |

| Mary McMahon |
|
| |
|
Mary McMahon is a self-employed social
policy researcher and was appointed to the Board in November 2002.
She is a member of a number of voluntary community organisations
concerned with social justice, poverty, marginalisation and exclusion.
Mary is a member of the Safety and Environmental Committee. |

| Richard (Dick) Milliken |
|
| |
|
Dick Milliken, a Chartered Accountant by
profession, was appointed to the Board in January 2002. He is director
of a number of companies including Almac Sciences Ltd, First Active
plc, Gartmore Irish Growth Fund plc and Andrews Holdings Ltd and
is a former Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
in Ireland.
Dick is Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committee
and is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Commercial
Projects Committee. |

| Dr Maria Moloney |
|
| |
|
Dr Moloney is a marketing and business
development consultant and has been a Board member since 1998.
She is a director of the Northern Ireland Education Foundation
at the University of Ulster.
Maria is Chair of the Safety and Environmental Committee and a
member of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committee. |

| Steve Pollard |
|
| |
|
Steve Pollard was appointed to the Board
in November 2002. His interests lie in community economic regeneration
and in particular in enterprise development and employment/employability.
He is currently Project Director of Conexus, a training solutions
organisation affiliated to Castlereagh College.
Steve is a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committee. |

| Ross Reed |
|
| |
|
Ross Reid is a Chartered Accountant by
profession with a background in freight transport, warehousing
and distribution. He was appointed to the Board in January 2002.
He is Chairman and Managing Director of Interfrigo Limited and
Managing Director of both Antrim Warehousing and Distribution Services
Limited and Greentrac Limited.
Ross is a member of Remuneration Committee and the Commercial
Projects Committee. |

| David Russell |
|
| |
|
David Russell was appointed to the Board
in January 2002. He retired as Chief Executive of Hampden Group
plc in 2000 and is currently Chairman of the Eastern Health and
Social Services Board and Ulster Supported Employment Limited.
In addition, he is a Council member of the University of Ulster,
a member of the Northern Ireland Advisory Committee to the London
Stock Exchange and a Director of Portaferry Regeneration Limited.
David is a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Corporate
Governance and Audit Committee and the Commercial Projects Committee. |
