David Knott
Safety & Environmental manager
David joined Belfast Harbour as Safety & Environmental Manager after more than 20 years with Short Brothers PLC and Bombardier Aerospace where he held various roles including Corporate Safety & Security Controller and Risk & Environmental Manager. David is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Registered Risk Practitioner with extensive experience of implementing risk management processes within organisations. He is currently active as a member of the NI Biodiversity Group and as an inaugural member of the NI Coastal & Marine Forum.
Lindsey Johnston
Safety & Environmental Assistant
Lindsey joined the Safety and Environmental team in 2008 with 6 years experience in the chemical and manufacturing industry as a QSE Manager with a local company based in Lisburn. Lindsey holds an Honours degree in Biochemistry and a Nebosh Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
Lindsey is involved in maintaining the Safety and Environmental Management Systems and is responsible for co-ordinating health, safety and environmental standards across the organisation.
