Harbour Community

Belfast Harbour Commissioners was founded in 1847 as the island's principal maritime gateway. Since then the area has developed to become the key business location and is now home to some 17,000 people who work, live and relax here daily.

Belfast Harbour has a unique positive ‘sense of place’ derived not only from its geographical location at the heart of the city, but also by ensuring that developments undertaken have a diverse range of real estate types, and that people have an opportunity to live, work and relax within the community.
