Access To The Belfast Harbour Office

Supporting' our Corporate Responsibility programme, Belfast Harbour allows use of the Harbour Office & its facilities. In 2011, the venue facilitated 100 events and hosted over 8,500 visitors. Events throughout the year included the hosting of events for The Mission to Seafarers with special guest The Princess Royal, The European Commission, Invest NI, Crimestoppers NI, Arts & Business, Business in the Community/Women in Business, Sport NI and The Ulster Wildlife Trust. In addition, the Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) launched their 2012 Tourism Strategy – 'Our Time, Our Place' within the Harbour Office.


Belfast Harbour welcomes requests from charities, associations, social economy and educational bodies who would like to make use of the Harbour office facilities and rooms. A mininum notice period of 3 months is required and only one use every three years is permitted.


How do I make a request?

Anyone wishing to submit a request for use the Harbour Office, must outline the nature and purpose of the event, the target audience, the numbers anticipated and special requirements. Applicants must write a formal letter for the attention of the CEO and addressed to :
