City Quays 1 and the wider City Quays Development is Belfast Harbour’s response to ongoing demand by inward investors and indigenous firms for new Grade A office space in Belfast. City Quays 1 is one of the most advanced office buildings in the region allowing tenants to benefit from significantly lower energy costs and environmental footprint. City Quays 1 has been designed to provide column free rectilinear works spaces, allowing maximum space planning efficiency and flexibility.
As of April 2016 City Quays 1 is 100% let with Baker & McKenzie, Cayan, MACOM and BRS Golf occupying space within the Grade A office building. However the new 9 story City Quays 2 building is currently being constructed. Please contact the City Quays development team for more information.
