Could your business use £3000 towards the costs of upgrading to a high speed broadband service?

Belfast Harbour has been working in conjunction with Belfast City Council to explore enhanced Broadband services for Belfast as part of the UK wide Super Connected Cities programme which is sponsored by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.

We are pleased to announce that the Belfast Harbour estate has been chosen as one of the market test areas for a Voucher Scheme which will be administered by Belfast City Council over the next two months.

The Voucher Scheme provides financial support of up to £3,000 to SME’s and 3rd Sector organisations with slow or incompatible broadband service to purchase high speed broadband services.

Areas of Belfast chosen for Phase 1 implementation (Aug. 2013- 30 Sept. 2013), are:

  • Harbour Estate
  • Cathedral Quarter
  • City East Enterprise Park/East Belfast Enterprise Park
  • Ormeau Business Park
  • Ortus
  • Argyle Business Park
